TLC’s Small people, big world Season 24 continues the drama surrounding Roloff Farms. Matt Roloff hoped to sell Amy Roloff’s half of the family farm holdings. But he couldn’t agree on a price with either Zach or Jeremy Roloff. Now Matt rents out part of the farm. Here’s how much he’s asking.
Zach Roloff hoped to own part of Roloff Farms after Amy Roloff sold her half of the farm back to Matt Roloff. Unfortunately, Matt couldn’t agree on a price for the sale, leading to a feud with Zach. Ultimately, Matt decided to put the Roloff Farms farmhouse and 16 acres of land up for sale.
“The farm has been officially on the market for a few days now,” Matt said on the Small people, big world Season 24 premiere. “It’s kind of exciting and scary at the same time that we’re so much closer to completing another chapter of Roloff Farm.”
Unfortunately for Matt, Roloff Farms didn’t sell. He took to Instagram with Chris Marek to tell fans what happened. “Chris, have we sold the big house side of the farm?” Matt asked Chris.
“No,” Chris said to Matt.
“Oh, you’re giving away all my secrets!” Matt said back. “No, I want everyone to know. We listened to everyone. We have agreed.”
Matt Roloff took Roloff Farms off the market after it failed to sell. Now Matt is making the farm property available for rent. According to The Sun, the six-bedroom farmhouse is now available for Little People, Big World fans to rent until December 2023 – but it doesn’t come cheap. Rooms are available from $570; The most expensive room is $1,924 per night.
The Sun notes that Roloff Farms’ renovated home can sleep up to 16 guests at a time, and Matt has retained some of the original furniture from when the farmhouse was unveiled Small people, big world. In addition to five and a half bathrooms, the home features a full kitchen, office space, a covered patio with fire table, and a game room with foosball, corn hole, and other games.

Matt and Zach Roloff still haven’t followed the Roloff Farms drama closely. in the Small people, big world In season 24, Zach and Tori Roloff said that due to the family argument, they no longer want their children to spend time with Matt and his girlfriend Caryn Chandler.
“There was still no recognition from Caryn or my dad,” Zach said on the show. “They still think they didn’t do anything wrong. I don’t understand why Caryn can’t see that my dad put her in a situation where it’s like you went into the family business here. … I blame my father for this breakdown in this relationship.”
“The kids loved them,” Tori added. “But no matter what, if you have two adults and children are involved, the relationship with the children will suffer if those two adults don’t get along well.”
