“She’s happy about the settlement!” Adam Woodyatt finalizes divorce from wife Beverley Sharp

Adam Woodyatt’s divorce from his wife, Beverley Sharp, is reportedly final.

The former EastEnders star, 54, has reportedly been embroiled in negotiations with his wife, 22, 57, after they announced their split in 2020.

Ex-dancer Beverley is said to be “delighted” with their settlement after reports claimed the split became “toxic” when he failed to give her a fair deal.

Now a source close to Bev told The Sun: “Bev and Adam are now officially divorced. Bev was not only his wife but also his manager for about a dozen years and she has done so much for his career.

“She turned down some of the settlement offers that were sent to her during the trial and now she’s glad she stood her ground – she’s thrilled with the settlement.

“She still has no idea why he left her, but that’s all in the past. She is very optimistic and sees it as a new chapter. I have no doubt that Bev will find someone new soon. She’s in a good place.’

MailOnline has reached out to Adam’s rep for comment.

Beverley was reportedly “angry” at Adam for signing a “six-figure deal” to star in 2021’s I’m A Celebrity while she was “fighting for money.”

He had reportedly signed on the dotted line to receive £250,000 for his appearance on the ITV reality show.

And Bev is said to have been unfazed by the deal, according to The Sun, which claimed she’s been struggling to make ends meet, while pictures obtained by the publication show the mother-of-two buying discounted groceries.

However, Adam reportedly paid Bev “provisional alimony” to support her while their divorce was finalized. They share children Jessica, 29, and Samuel, 25.

In the pictures, Bev, who used to be Adam’s agent, was seen carrying discounted groceries from a supermarket, including bread, quiche and a fish pie.

A viewer who watched Bev shop for discounted groceries told the publication, “Bev looked down on her happiness and alone a little bit. They could see the yellow stickers that are used when food is approaching its sell-by date.’

With an insider claiming it’s “crazy” for Bev that the I’m A Celebrity TV star will “flit off to Wales” before their divorce is even finalized.

While a friend of Bev’s reportedly added to The Sun, “She’s really struggling financially” and claimed Bev will “get Adam back” by consistently having the voting number for him to run bushtucker trials on “speed dial.”

He continued: “I think it’s inevitable that he will end up being singled out for a lot of trials and I wouldn’t blame Bev if she had his number on speed dial after all the pain and upset he had has inflicted on her.

They added that it’s “quite likely” that she’ll vote for him on this series and that she’s not “alone with it”.
