Paris Hilton talks about sexual abuse in boarding school

Paris Hilton talked again about her time in boarding school in Utah. She has been making allegations since 2020. Now the hotel heiress has provided further insights.

Paris Hilton renewed abuse allegations against a boarding school she attended for about a year in the late 1990s. The hotel heir first filed charges against Provo Canyon School in Utah in September 2020 in his YouTube documentary This Is Paris. He also testified against the facility in court in February 2021. She is said to have been emotionally, physically and psychologically abused by the employees there as a teenager. In a video for the “New York Times”, Hilton again raised serious allegations, which she also reiterates in several tweets.

He commented on something “I’ve never talked before,” he writes on Twitter. Paris Hilton first accused school staff of sexual abuse. “At Provo Canyon School, I was awakened in the middle of the night by male employees who took me to a private room,” the 41-year-old tells her experience of her. They would do “tests on me”. “Since I was sleep deprived and on heavy medications, I didn’t understand what was going on. I was forced to lie down on a padded table, spread my legs and undergo an examination,” the allegations continue.

“This has been a recurring experience not only for me but for other survivors as well,” Hilton said. “I have been hurt and cry as I write this because no one, especially a child, should be sexually abused. My childhood was stolen from me and it breaks the fact that this is still happening to other innocent children.” For her it is “important to talk about these painful moments so that I can heal and help end this abuse.”

In an Instagram post, Hilton also called on Universal Health Services (UHS), the owner of the facility, to “close Provo Canyon School by April 1, 2023”. Among other things, she shared several photos of her at a demonstration against child abuse in institutions.
