Meghan Markle joins Royal Family at Queen’s funeral as Harry walks behind coffin

Meghan Markle has arrived at Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral service, joining other members of the Royal Family, including Kate Middleton.

The Duchess of Sussex shared a car with Prince Harry, who then separated to join a procession behind the Queen’s coffin as it was moved to the back of a Royal Navy gun carriage from Westminster Hall at Westminster Abbey, where the service began at 11 a.m.

Meghan was seen talking with other guests at the funeral before the motorcade began at 10.44am as Big Ben rang for a woman described by many as the greatest British monarch of all time.

The bagpipes played as King Charles III, surrounded by his family and forces personnel, marched in solemn silence for approximately eight minutes.
