Louise Thompson broke down in tears as she watched the Queen’s funeral with her son and admitted she had “goosebumps” and felt “so emotional” as she adjusted to the ceremony.
The former Made In Chelsea star, 32, cuddled with 10-month-old Leo in a video shared to Instagram as she sobbed over Monday’s historic events, captioning the story: “I don’t know why I put makeup on. “
In a series of clips shared with her 1.4 million followers, Louise said, alongside a picture of the smiling Queen, “Today we’ll all be dedicated to you” and “The drums, the whistles, I think she would have loved it .”
The mother-of-one, who welcomed her first son with fiancé Ryan Libbey, 32, last December, shared a video of Leo rocking to the beat of the procession.
She captioned the clip, “Leo loved the bagpipes and actually managed to sit still #AMomentInHistory.”
Louise also published a cartoon, which appeared in today’s Times newspaper, showing an elderly man watching the Queen’s funeral alone in his living room next to an empty armchair.
She wrote: “There will be many mourning multiple losses today. Look at the ones that were sitting all alone.’
By sharing videos dedicated to Her Majesty today, Louise gave fans a glimpse of her west London home which has recently undergone a refurbishment.
Louise’s immaculate living room has a large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall above her fireplace, and the star has decorated the space with Vogue coffee table books and candles.
Leo’s toys, including a cuddly elephant and a wooden stroller, as well as a ball pit can be seen in the background.
The reality star’s dogs are also giving Louise and Leo a snuggle as the family stays together to watch Monday’s events on TV.
