Lauren Goodger’s sister Rianna took to Instagram on Monday to wish the reality star a happy birthday in a gushing post.
Rianna called the former TOWIE star “brave” for coping with “the toughest year” as she heralded her 36th birthday.
Lauren has had a heartbreaking few months after the unexpected death of her newborn daughter Lorena and ex Jake McLean, as well as the alleged attack on her on the day of their baby’s funeral.
Alongside a snap of Lauren, Rianna wrote: “Happy birthday to my brave beautiful sister. Even though you’ve had the toughest year of your life, you shine like a diamond.
“Me and Teddy (Lauren’s nephew) love you so much” while a birthday song played in the background.
Lauren is beginning to find a sense of normality again as she treated herself to an early birthday gift earlier this week by giving out £17,000 worth of jewellery.
It comes after she announced she has now found her “fire and drive” as she shared a glamorous selfie with “fresh lip plumper” and adjusting to “normal life”.
The former TOWIE star, who turns 36 on Monday, opted for a shopping spree at luxury jewelry brand Cartier and showed off her new purchases on Instagram on Friday.
Lauren filmed her red Cartier bags after heading to Selfridges and showed fans her diamond-encrusted 18k rose gold Cartier Juste Un Clou bracelet, which costs £10,800.
It also features an 18k rose gold Love ring, which was adorned with diamonds and costs £6,300.
Lauren captioned her post: “Happy birthday to me. Something I’ve wanted for a long time.
“Monday is my birthday. I kept it quiet but now I’ve treated myself.’
The TV personality was clearly happy with her new purchases, adding, “I’m so in love.”
It comes as Lauren bravely returned to work on Thursday after an incredibly tough time in her life.
Lauren looked sensational in a glowing snap as she slipped into a statement vest top and opted for a radiant makeup palette.
In her story, she also shared her “lip top-up” as she pouted with her newly plumped lips at the clinic.
She wrote: “My first day back to work today at the shooting. After taking a break for my thoughts after everything I’ve been through, I decided to find that fire and drive within me.
Lauren continued, “Slowly and little by little Lauren is coming back, maybe I’ll never be the same again but I’m adjusting to normal life and it feels good, thanks. Makeup @makeupwithamanie.’
