Kim Kardashian has reportedly bought a new home in Southern California owned by supermodel Cindy Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber.
The 41-year-old vet from Keeping Up With The Kardashians has reportedly lost $70.4 million at an oceanfront Malibu estate in an off-market deal, according to The Dirt. It features four bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms in over 7,000 square feet.
The new purchase is about 14 miles from the home her ex-husband Kanye West, 45, recently bought for $57 million in the exclusive oceanfront enclave.
According to the site, the Kardashians star’s recent purchase is one for the records.
It’s the largest Malibu deal of the year to date and the fourth-highest in the entire state of California for 2022.
The palatial property was once owned by Vogue model Crawford, 56, and her husband Gerber, 60, who lived there with children Kaia and Presley.
The power couple bought it in 2015, then sold it to a retired hedge fund manager in 2018 for $45 million.
The Mediterranean style villa was built in 1944 and remodeled again by Cindy and Rande in the 1990s and 2016.
The previous owner listed the home for $99.5 million in March and then lowered it to about $90 million.
There were still no takers, so Kim and her team managed to snag it for just over $70 million.
The Skims founder doesn’t have to worry about fans trying to get a glimpse into her beach vacation. The house is not visible from the road and the property is surrounded by a hedge wall and a towering gate.
Behind the walls, the family can enjoy the four bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms in the 7,500-square-foot mansion.
Indoors, there is a gym where Kim can get her daily workout done.

Outside, they can roast marshmallows by the patio fireplace, shelter from the wind in a cabana, and let off the day’s tension in the pool or hot tub.
Stairs and a winding path lead to a private beach.
