Julie Bishop is the definition of glamor in an elegant all-black number

She is known for her impeccable style on the red carpet.

And Wednesday was no exception for Julie Bishop as she turned heads in an all-black ensemble at a celebration event on Melbourne’s David Jones Bourke Street.

The former Foreign Secretary, 66, looked incredibly chic in a strapless floor-length dress which she paired with a sleek blazer.

She paired the ball gown with a sky-high black heel and added a touch of glamor with a sparkling handbag and drop earrings.

The style star wore her hair slicked back in an on-trend cropped style and showed off her incredibly well-toned arms in the designer number, which featured a cinched waist and mismatched fabrics.

Also at the event was Nadia Bartel, who looked stunning in a fitted red number.

The former AFL WAG, 37, opted for a statement corset with a chainmail-style outer layer and a full-length skirt.

Upping her height in white leather stilettos, she opted for an ombre hair look that kept her tresses in loose waves.

Meanwhile, Olivia Molly Rogers appeared to put her divorce worries behind as she stunned in a frilly baby number just days after announcing her split from her husband of eight months, Justin McKeone.

The former Miss Australia, 30, has revealed her life is “falling apart” following their split.

But Olivia put her worries behind and smiled in the over-the-top pink tulle dress.

The Adelaide-born influencer added a sparkly earring and baby pink clutch as she turned heads at the Melbourne event.

Victoria Lee, 32, also certainly drew attention.

The model wore a strapless black silk dress with a thigh-high slit and a sweetheart neckline.

She styled the brown hair in a sleek wave and added a touch of glamor with a sparkling earring and strappy stilettos.

Elsewhere, celebrity stylist Lana Wilkinson certainly showed off her sense of style in a gorgeous cream one-shoulder dress with eye-catching ruffles.

The 40-year-old, who is best friends with WAGS Bec Judd and Nadia Bartel, cemented her fashion skills with a chest-style brown leather clutch.

MasterChef’s Melissa Leong also stuck to the monochrome theme.

The food writer, 40, wowed in a plunging black dress with waist detailing.

She added a pair of lace gloves to give the look an edgy vibe while adding leather with a pair of black wedges.

Adding a pop of color to the look, Melissa carried a gold clutch bag and styled her hair in a sleek sleek bob.

In addition to his wife Lauren, MasterChef judge Jock Zonfrillo was also in attendance.

Jock opted for a green tuxedo with a statement velvet jacket, while Lauren turned heads in a silky blue butterfly print dress.
