Jennifer Lawrence wears a casual t-shirt with Lizzo’s logo while walking in New York City

Jennifer Lawrence was spotted out for a walk in New York City on Saturday afternoon.

The 32-year-old actress appeared to be making the most of the pleasant late summer weather as she cut a casual figure on her outing.

The actress’ walk came just a week after the world premiere of the new film Causeway, in which she stars.

Lawrence wore a black t-shirt with a graphic for Lizzo as she strolled the streets of the Big Apple.

The Hunger Games star donned a set of matching leggings, as well as a pair of Adidas sandals.

The Oscar-winning actress carried a stylish green handbag and dark sunglasses.

The top of her gorgeous blonde hair was covered with a blue cap, although some of her locks fell down her shoulders and back.

Lawrence starred in the psychological drama Causeway, which premiered at the 2022 Toronto International Film Festival earlier this month.

The film centers on a soldier trying to adjust to civilian life after suffering a brain injury while on duty in Afghanistan.

Starring alongside Jennifer are film stars Brian Tyree Henry, Stephen McKinley Henderson and Linda Emond, among others.

Lawrence committed to appearing in the feature in 2019 when much of his cast was brought together.

The film’s director, Lila Neugebauer, spoke about the film in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter.

She described the project as “an intimate film that wants to be close to the bone and very personal”.

The filmmaker went on to say that she’s grateful to be able to work with the ‘Silver Linings Playbook’ star.

“Jen was also a really amazing partner. I realized very quickly that we have a deep common understanding of the project and she is really collaborative,” she said.

Causeway has since received widespread critical acclaim and currently holds a 91% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

The film will be released in theaters and on the streaming service Apple TV+ on November 4th.
