Donatella Versace, 67, shows off her VERY smooth face as she steps onto the runway in Milan

Donatella Versace turned heads as she walked the runway to close the brand’s presentation during Milan Fashion Week on Friday.

The Italian designer, 67, stunned in a fitted black dress and platform boots to greet cheering guests at the end of the show.

The Spring/Summer 2023 women’s collection featured a variety of colors and ensembles worn by top models such as Gigi Hadid, Irina Shayk and Emily Ratajkowski.

The businesswoman looked younger than ever in a fitted black dress that fell to her knees.

The stylish ensemble was sleeveless on the right side, while the left part featured a longer sleeve.

Donatella confidently strutted around in a pair of shiny black platform boots that matched the dress perfectly.

Speaking about it in a recent interview with Vogue, the fashion designer said: “Fashion is about color and joy. Clothing has to give courage. They have to make you feel like you want “more”.

After the tragic death of her brother Gianni Versace in 1997, she became the creative director of the Italian luxury brand.

Her platinum blonde hair was parted in the middle and fell naturally past her shoulders. She added a pair of gold hoop earrings to add a pop of color to her monochromatic outfit.

She wore just a light coat of makeup on her smooth skin, including nude lipstick and black eyeshadow.

Donatella took a few steps down the catwalk as guests applauded her. She was pictured waving to the crowd before heading backstage.

The talented designer told Vogue about Versace’s message. “Versace’s goal is to make women and men feel sensual, empowered and free.”

“Diversity, meant as a plurality of ideals of beauty, must be accepted. And I love the variety of forms through which feminine beauty can be expressed.”

Versace’s runway presentation on Friday featured top models including Bella Hadid and her older sister Gigi, who opened the show.

The setting was in a darkened room lit by dim, purple lights and candles that lined the runway itself.

Some of the clothing items featured colorful options, while black was also a big part of the grunge theme.

Paris Hilton, a close friend of Donatella’s, also had the chance to walk the runway in a pink shimmery mini dress to close out the collection.

Donatella spoke about taking on the role of creative director for W Magazine over the years and that failure was just “part of the process.”

“After making peace with my past, I was able to find my own voice. That’s when I really started to do what I wanted to do.”

“I brought back Gianni’s iconic prints in my own way and created new ones. Today I can say that what you see on the runway is truly an expression of who I am,” the fashion designer added to the publication.

Milan Fashion Week ends on September 26th and is known for being one of the top fashion events around the world alongside New York, Paris and London Fashion Week.
