David Beador no longer wants a divorce, says Lesley

Former husband of “Real Housewives of Orange County,” David Beador, is no longer asking for a divorce from his new wife, she said.

Here’s what you need to know:

Lesley Beador took to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, September 21 to announce that the previously reported divorce between her and David has fallen through.

“My husband filed for resignation a few days ago,” Lesley wrote. “Now back to your normal programming.”

According to the Superior Court of California, Orange County, where David initially filed for divorce, no dismissal has yet been registered. That could mean the system hasn’t been updated, or the paperwork just hasn’t been digitized yet. pleasemynews has asked the court for clarification, but has not yet received a response.

pleasemynews has also contacted Michael Monarch, David’s attorney, and has not yet received a response.

The couple married on October 15, 2020, just after they announced they were expecting their first child together. Their daughter, Anna Love, was born on February 5, 2021.

David was married to RHOC star Shannon Beador and their marital problems, including David’s infidelity, were major storylines in the show.

According to the original dissolution papers obtained by pleasemynews, David filed for divorce from Lesley on September 15, 2022, stating their divorce date on the same day. The paperwork lists the reason for the divorce as “irreconcilable differences” and Beador requested an “equal timeshare” from their 19-month-old daughter. In addition, Beador asked the court to “terminate” partner support, meaning he was unwilling to pay alimony.

In the decree of the community of property it is written: “Considering the marriage in the very short term, there are nominal property and debts of the community. The true nature and extent of the property and debts of the community shall be determined by settlement or process.”

The signature page shows that David signed on August 31, 2022.

This is a story in development and will be updated soon.
