Thanksgiving weekend is here, and Hallmark, Lifetime, and other networks are serving up a feast of new Christmas movies to keep you entertained throughout the holiday season. More than a dozen new Christmas movies will air between November 24 and 27, including Candace Cameron Bure’s Great American Family debut and a new Christmas movie starring Lacey Chabert on Hallmark Channel.

Hallmark tends to schedule some of its most anticipated new movies for Thanksgiving weekend. This year includes Chabert’s new film, Pull out the holly. It’s about a woman who sits on the house for her parents over the holidays and is persuaded to attend the neighborhood Christmas celebrations. It will be broadcast on Saturday November 26th. On Sunday, check out a holiday spectacle, A 1950s film about an heiress who gets a chance to dance with the Rockettes.
Here’s Hallmark’s premiere schedule for Thanksgiving weekend:
Compared to its sister network, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries’ Thanksgiving weekend schedule is limited to movie premieres. There’s only one new movie that’s airing: Time for him to come home for Christmas. It is the fifth entry in the Come Home for Christmas series produced by country music star Blake Shelton.
The film is about a woman named Elizabeth (Holland Roden) who receives a mysterious voicemail a few days before Christmas. In the message, a man she doesn’t know asks his love for a second chance one last time. Elizabeth knows she is not the intended recipient, and along with her best friend Josh (Three Wise Men and a Baby Star Tyler Hynes) she goes in search of the woman in question. It will air Saturday, November 26 at 10 p.m. ET.
Lifetime also has a jam-packed Thanksgiving weekend schedule. Highlights include The 12 days of Christmas Eve, a modern variant A Christmas song with Kelsey Grammer and his daughter Spencer. And on Sunday, dr Quinn medicine woman Stars Jane Seymour and Joe Lando reunite for a christmas spark, about a recently widowed woman who takes charge of a Christmas contest and ends up falling in love with the main character.

Ex-Hallmark Channel star Candace Cameron Bure recently sparked controversy with her comments about program choices at her new home, Great American Family. She’s making her network debut this Thanksgiving weekend in Candace Cameron Bure Presents: A…Christmas Present. It will air Sunday, November 27 at 8 p.m. ET.
Bure’s Hallmark colleague Danica McKellar also aired a new movie on Great American Family this weekend. She stars alongside Neal Bledsoe in Christmas in the Drive Through. It is about a woman trying to save the local drive-in theater from closure and will air Friday, November 25 at 8 p.m. ET.
Finally, Jessica Lowndes plays an aspiring singer trying to balance her career goals with love I’m glad it’s Christmas. Paul Greene and Gladys Knight also star. It will air Saturday, November 26 at 8 p.m. ET.

Bounce and Ion will also be airing new Christmas movies this weekend.
Faith Heist: A Christmas Caper Premieres November 26 at 8pm ET on Bounce. This original film is about a pastor and his parishioners who are locked away at a local mall on Christmas Eve. When a team of thieves try to rob the mall – and steal all the money the church has raised for charity – they realize it’s up to them to defeat the crooks and save Christmas.
Dognapped: hound for the holidays will air on November 27 at 8 p.m. ET on Ion. Emily is the long-suffering assistant of a selfish social media influencer. When her boss’s dog is kidnapped, she teams up with a charming local vet to find the pooch before Christmas.
